Real Conversations. Genuine Change.

This isn’t about diagnoses or quick fixes. It’s about honest conversation and practical tools that help you move forward. Every person comes in with their own story, and together we work to make sense of it, one step at a time.

You won’t find judgment or hierarchy here. Just respect, curiosity, and the belief that you already have what it takes to change. My role is to listen, challenge when needed, and help you uncover what’s been getting in the way of living the life you want.

Therapy isn’t about being fixed. It’s about understanding yourself, feeling grounded, and learning how to move forward with confidence.
